Bell's Two Hearted Clone

Two Hearted Ale Clone (Bell's Brewery, Michigan)

This is very, very close to the recipe in the BYO 250 Classic Clones magazine. It uses 3 oz of Centennial total, of which only .5 oz goes for dry hopping. Some recipes out there use closer to 2 oz for dry hopping. (Just FYI)
