Dry Hop is a blend of A20 Citrus and A04 Barbarian. When this blend goes to work on your hoppy beer, the hop aroma blows up. The combination of these strains produces amazing aromas of citrus, peach, and apricot that will accentuate your IPA, pale ale, and any other hop-driven beer.

A blend of two highly popular yeast strains, well suited for hop forward beers.

Temp: 64-74º F(18-23º C)
Attenuation: 74-78%
Flocculation: MEDIUM
Alcohol Tolerance: 10%

Storage & Usage
Our pouches makes it easy to Pitch Right! No starter necessary for 5gal of wort up to 1.070 SG.
Step 1: Store refrigerated (33-35F/0.5-1.5C) until ready to pitch. Storage frozen or over 40F/4C is not recommended, as those temperatures decrease viability.
Step 2: Shake and knead pouch to homogenize the slurry.
Step 3: Sanitize unopened pouch.
Step 4: Open carefully and pitch entire contents into 5 gallons of well-aerated wort.
