Five Star Defoamer 105

Quick acting Five Star Defoamer 105 is a 10% silicone food-grade emulsion designed to control foam in most aqueous systems, including kettles & fermenters. Defoamer 105 disperses easily & is effective against a wide range of food products. All emulsifiers used in Defoamer 105 are nonionic.


• Add as needed, not to exceed 200 ppm/batch.
• Typical starting point is 1 drop in a 5 gal. batch.
