This well-known commercial English Ale strain exhibits fast fermentation and an ability to form a compact sediment at the end of fermentation, helping to improve beer clarity. This yeast is recommended for a large range of ales, and is specially adapted to cask-conditioned ales and fermentation in conical fermenters.
