Uncle Sam's Wheat

I wanted to buy a all grain kit for a lighter summer beer. I brew with a German friend of mine and he wanted an authentic Hefeweizen. Andrew suggested this all grain kit with a different yeast to get that authentic taste. We brewed it a and it was awesome. I'm not usually a wheat beer guy but I really liked this one. It wasn't nearly as filling as most of the beers I brew making it perfect for summer. Since then I had it requested by my neighbors when they asked me to brew the beer for their wedding. It was a big hit.
